Video: Brentwood Hosts First FrontRunners Run, Walk Event
San Vicente Boulevard was closed for several blocks Sunday morning for Brentwood athletic store FrontRunners' "Get Fit Be Fit 5 & 10K" event.
Parents, kids and running enthusiasts crowded San Vicente Boulevard Sunday morning for the "Get Fit Be Fit 5 & 10K" marathon. The marathon was a "fun run," meant to help raise money for local organizations.
Organized and sponsored in part by athletic store FrontRunners, the event raised $7,000 for the , the Magic Shoe Foundation, and Connections for Children, FrontRunners owner Paul Tordella told Patch.
