Leasing Begins at Brentwood's BW Apartments

The BW Apartments has taken shape at the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington Avenue in Brentwood and plans to open Sept. 15, according to CurbedLA.

The eight-story mixed-use development with 78 units was scaled down after originally being proposed for 28 stories. One bedroom units start at $2,925, while two-bedrooms begin at $3,849.

The BW aims to bring a new level of sophistication of living on the Westside, according to its website, which offers an array of concierge services and indulgences. Leasing is currently underway. Amenities include an outdoor kitchen rooftop, fitness and business centers and a rooftop lounge with a jacuzzi.

A Rockenwagner Bakery plans to open its fourth location on the ground floor of the apartment complex.
