The contractor will be removing the falsework on the Mulholland Bridge on Saturday night over the next two weekends. This will require full directional freeway closures from Valley Vista to Skirball, from 11 p.m. until 9 a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013: Full southbound freeway closure, from Valley Vista to Skirball, from 11 p.m. until 9 a.m. Northbound #1, 2, 3 lanes will be closed as a buffer. Closures start at 11 p.m. and last until 9 a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013: Full northbound freeway closure, from Skirball to Valley Vista, from 11 p.m. until 9 a.m. Southbound HOV, #1 and 2 lanes will be closed as a buffer. Closures start at 11 p.m. and last until 9 a.m.

The project has coordinated with the city to ensure that no closures will be taken on Sepulveda Blvd. within or around the detour route.
