Osteria Latini offers an eclectic array of Italian fusion cuisine.  Paolo Pasini is the owner and head chef.More  He is a world renowned chef who was born, raised and trained in Italy.  He opened his first restaurant at the age of twenty-two.  This restaurant is  extremely popular not just with the local Brentwood crowd, foodies from all over flock to Osteria Latini to try Chef Paolo's food.  Reservations are necessary as tables are limited in this very small yet very romantic dining room, there are exactly two outdoor tables as well.

Vincenti Restaurant has been serving Brentwood residents fine Italian cuisine for over five years. Owner, MaureenMore Vincenti, has created a very intimate environment for patrons and is on hand most nights to greet guests at the door. Part of the dining experience includes watching master chef, Nicola Mastronardi, run the kitchen through a large window in the middle of the dining room. There is a large selection of wine, and the waitstaff is very knowledgeable and eager to help pair the best wine available to your meal. Valet parking is offered, and there is also a paid parking garage behind the restaurant.

Just over a year into its existence, Tavern has made a splash in the competitive Brentwood fine dining scene. Chef Suzanne Goin and the team from AOC Wine Bar in Hollywood serve up a full range of dishes from all over the world, from French toast with bananas foster for breakfast, to slow-roasted pork and sweet potatoes for dinner, to a huge array of cocktails. Join the Larder Wine and Cheese Club to sample wines from around the world off of Tavern's book-like wine menu. Nagao is a neighborhood sushi restaurant on the corner of San Vicente Boulevard and 26th Street, tucked in next toMore the Starbucks. The small restaurant has tables lining the walls and a little sushi bar to sit at. The menu features more than 25 different rolls to choose from, with many combinations of seafood and vegetables. Several no-rice rolls are also available, and non-mayonnaise rolls are made upon request. The restaurant also serves various salads, with such toppings as squid tentacles, mushrooms, tofu, seaweed, calamari, soba noodles and tuna.

Guests can also sit at the sushi bar and ask the chef for the day's sushi recommendations. Nagao also prepares chicken and beef teriyaki, baked mussels, fried calamari, broiled whole squid, baked scallops, fried soft-shell crab, baked king crab legs and Cajun-style tuna sashimi. Combination plates are also available. There is parking underneath the building, which is accessible from the alley off of 26th Street.
