So lets see this guy CRASHES into 3 cars, runs from the police, attempts to alter his appearance…Read More & "No charge have been filed" priorities @ LAPD, sounds like the CHP would have cuffed & charged him- an ex-LAPD copette was involved so they don't eant her to get into nay trouble, I know they charged a kid next door with a crime when they saw him riding in a trunk! How is this possibile, if not charge did they even arrest this thug?
