A Votre Sante, Italian for "to your health," serves up a variety of dishes using fresh and healthy ingredients. The cuisine includes Mediterranean, Mexican and American style dishes. Ingredients used include many organic vegetables, Sonoma free range chicken with no hormones or antibiotics, free range beef and naturally and sustainably raised salmon with no additives. For pasta dishes, organic wheat free brown rice pasta can be substituted. A selection of vegan dishes include a falafel platter, stir-fried vegetables, blackened tofu and lo mein with asparagus and shiitake mushrooms. Breakfast, served until 3pm, offers organic porridge, egg scrambles, omelets, Southwest-inspired dishes and organic pancakes. The walls of the restaurant feature the works of a different local artist every month.
