Tom Brady & Gisele Bündchen to Move into $20M Brentwood Mega-Pad

Envious Los Angeles real estate followers, resist drooling. This $20 million mega-mansion has it all, with some environmentally-conscious perks.

New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen finally moved into their sprawling, 22,000-square-foot Brentwood home this month, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The family moved nearby some elite 90049 neighbors, like former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, model Heidi Klum and her husband, Seal.

After three years of construction, People reports the two-wing home features eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a modern gym and a wine cellar. The resort-style mansion features a swimming pool and a moat complete with a bridge. That's not all.

"We are excited to be using solar power as the main source of electricity in our home," Bündchen recently told the magazine of the home, which she says will also have eco-friendly water supply and heating and cooling systems. "And we are planting our own herbs, fruits and vegetables, which will be my favorite part of the house."
