Philanthropist Glorya Kaufman Lists Brentwood Home at $40M

The sprawling 48-acre home is located at 3100 Mandeville Canyon Road.

The 48-acre Brentwood compound owned by Glorya Kaufman, philanthropist and widow of Donald Kaufman, went on sale this week for $40 million, according to CurbedLA. It's located a 3100 Mandeville Canyon Road.

The property features a 12,000-square-foot main house originally designed in the 1940s, along with four other structures. It also contains a lake with waterfalls, tennis courts with a pavillion, separate houses and a caretakers unit.

Donald Kaufman partnered with Eli Broad to found homebuilding empire Kaufman & Broad and his name adorns the library on San Vicente Boulevard.
