Police Seek Missing Reseda Man Last Seen at West L.A. Medical Center

Gilbert Parks, 65, was last seen around 3 p.m. Tuesday, police say.

Police Tuesday sought public help to find a Reseda man who was last seen leaving the Veterans Administration's West Los Angeles Medical Center.

Gilbert Parks, 65, was last seen about 3 p.m. Tuesday leaving the facility at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.

Parks, described as being "at risk," is diabetic and also needs dialysis, according to police. He is black, 6 feet 1, 250 pounds, and was wearing medical scrubs, police said.

Anyone seeing him was urged to call the LAPD West Valley Station watch commander at (818) 374-7846, or 911.
