LAFD Rescues Hikers Near Entrada Trail

Crews use a helicopter to bring the two males to safety from East Topanga Canyon on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department , two distressed male hikers were rescued from east Topanga Canyon on Thursday at about 3:30 p.m.

A spokesperson for the fire department said the hikers were not hurt, but were unable to hike out of the remote area near the Entrada Trail.

The fire department called in a helicopter to hoist the victims to safety.
