Brentwood Police Blotter: 3 Stolen Vehicles and Golf Shop Smash-and-Grab

The following information was supplied by the West L.A. Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

2 stolen motorcycles on Mayfield Avenue

  • Between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., March 4 in the 11600 block of Mayfield Avenue, a 2008 Honda motorcycle was stolen from a parking lot.
  • Between 12 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., March 6 in the 11600 block of Mayfield Avenue, a 2010 KTM RC8R motorcycle was stolen from a garage.

Stolen SUV

Between 9 p.m., March 8 and 9 a.m., March 9 in the 2100 block of Mandeville Canyon Road, a 2004 Ford Expedition was stolen from a driveway.

Brentwood Country Club smash and grab

Between 5 and 5:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Burlingame Road (the Brentwood Country Club), a suspect smashed a golf shop front window and removed clubs and bags.

Vehicle burglaries

  • Between 7:30 p.m., March 5 and 7 a.m., March 6 in the 1100 block of Wellesley Avenue, a CD player and an MP3 player were stolen from a vehicle parked on the street.
  • Between 7:30 p.m., March 6 and 7 a.m., March 7 in the 12300 block of Darlington Avenue, air bags and lights were stolen from a vehicle parked in the street.
  • Between 1 and 10 a.m., March 7 in the 800 block of Wellesley Avenue, side view mirrors were stolen from a vehicle parked in the street.
  • Between 6:30 p.m., March 8 and 7 a.m., March 9 in the 11800 block of Darlington Avenue, a monitor was stolen from a vehicle parked in the street.
  • Between 9 p.m., March 8 and 7:30 a.m., March 9 in the 2000 block of Mandeville Canyon Road, keys and money were stolen from a vehicle parked in the driveway.

Theft

  • On March 3 at a home in the 1200 block of Bundy Drive, unknown suspect(s) stole a watches and an iPad, valued at $8,400 total, from an open house event.
  • On March 7 in the 11600 block of Gorham Avenue in an ungated parking lot, unknown suspects stole a bike valued at $500.
