• Pacific Palisades Art Odyssey Tour for Families — Mystical monsters, gods and goddesses and ancient Romans are all part of the fun on Saturday at the Getty Villa's Art Odyssey Tour for Families. The 30-minute, interactive tour takes adults and children 5 and up through the Villa's art exhibits. The tour is free, but parking is $15. Go online to get tickets. Each ticket allows entry for up to three children ages 15 and under with an adult in a car. Location: 17985 Pacific Coast Highway. The Villa is open on Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sign up for the tour 15 minutes beforehand at the tour meeting place.
• Santa Monica Evett's Model Shop 65th Anniversary — The hobby and crafts model airplane shop at 1636 Ocean Park Blvd. celebrates its 65th anniversary Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Make a nostalgic visit to the mom-and-pop shop that has been serving hobbyists and model airplane enthusiasts for over six decades. Sign the guest book and meet 93-year-old founder Colby Evett and his wife, Yvonne.
• Brentwood Spotlight Tour: Abraham Lincoln — If the Academy Award-nominated movie Lincoln sparked your interest in the 16th president of the United States, take your family to the Skirball Cultural Center, where a gallery talk and tour is scheduled Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 p.m. The tour is based on objects on loan from the Lincoln Presidential Library in Springfield, IL. The Skirball Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entrance fee: $10 general admission; $7 seniors 65 plus and full-time students; and $5 for children 2 to 12. Free parking.
