A brand new façade with a Los Angeles modernist design for French luxury brand Hermes reopened its Rodeo Drive boutique on Sept. 3. The new 12,000 square foot store contains a dazzling array of jewelry, watches, fragrances, leather goods, scarves, hats and much more.

Fans of Westwood's 800 Degrees Pizza now have the option to get their personalized pizzas on the go as the eatery opens its "To Go Outpost," located around the corner from its current sit-down restaurant at 1146 Westwood Boulevard.

Located on the second floor of a North Canon Drive building in Beverly Hills, newly-opened boutique Gratus offers access to designers and labels not found elsewhere in the city.

Menotti's Coffee Stop and Menotti's Saloon opens soon in Venice at 52 Windward Ave., and pays homage to Venice's historic Townhouse bar, once named Menotti's.

Calypso St. Barth has plans to open this fall in Malibu, and the high-end retail chain is looking to hire a few positions.

State Social House, the three-tiered social/dining/entertainment concept, opened to the public in West Hollywood. The restaurant, now in the location formally known as the Red Rock Bar, houses four bars, 20 big screen TV’s, dark wood floors and seating on the first floor, dining area, piano bar and Backroom Smokers Lounge with a variety of cigars available.

SoulCycle's L.A. craze continues Sept. 16 when it opens a fourth studio at 9465 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills.


A posh addiction treatment facility known as One80 Center, known for its A-list clients from the entertainment industry, suddenly closed its doors Aug. 30 after an investigation into its practices by The Hollywood Reporter. It's located in the Beverly Hills Post Office section of L.A.
