Elegant Farm-to-Table Restaurant Flores Opens in West L.A.
The 95-seat restaurant replaces the former Sawtelle Kitchen at 2024 Sawtelle Blvd.
The former Sawtelle Kitchen at 2024 Sawtelle Blvd. in West L.A. has transformed into Flores, a creatively new farm-to-table restaurant including thoughtful and compelling drink and desserts, reports EaterLA.
Owner Amal Flores was reportedly inspired to take over the former art gallery space where his sculptor father once showed back in the late 1960's.
It's being touted as one of the most ambitious restaurants to hit the neighborhood in years, as the 95-seat restaurant is led by husband Rob Lawson and Angela Hernandez.
