Elaine's Bakery & Cafe Coming to Brentwood Gardens
Bakery and cafe applies for beer and wine license in third floor space of popular Brentwood shopping center.
A boutique neighborhood restaurant Elaine's Bakery & Cafe is planning to open in a third floor space of Brentwood Gardens by mid-September.
A beer and wine sale application notice recently appeared on the door of 11677 San Vicente Blvd., Suites 315 and 317.
A spokesman for Elaine's, speaking for owner Elaine Kang, told Patch they are still finalizing the application and plan to offer a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and other signature items, such as the honey chipolte sandwich and the red velvet cupcake.
The spokesman added they are really mindful to be organic and will have vegan and gluten-free menu offerings.
The bakery recently launched a website and Yelp page.
