3 Square Bakery Set to Open in Brentwood's The BW Apartments
The establishment in Brentwood's new mixed-use development at Wilshire and Barrington comes from German chef Hans Rockenwagner.
As luxury apartments are leased at Brentwood's The BW apartments at Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington Avenue, German chef Hans Rockenwagner plans to open his restaurant and bakery 3 Square Cafe by Sept. 15, reports EaterLA.
The 1,500-square-foot space will have a 12-seat bar and a 700-square-foot patio, and there's an approved liquor license.
