After Sushi Sasabune moved to its new location 11917 Wilshire Blvd. in late May, Maru Restaurant moved into its old space at 12400 Wilshire Blvd., according to EaterLA.
Maru is a farm-to-table Japanese restaurant priding itself on produce from local farmers markets, as well as flying in fresh fish overnight from Japan. Read more about Executive Chef Jason Park on the Maru website. It also offers modern and seasonally-inspired Japanese and French cuisine.
