Motorcyclist Struck in Brentwood By Pick-up Truck
One man is transported and police are seeking the whereabouts of the driver of the vehicle.
A man was transported to the hospital Monday afternoon following a hit an run accident in Brentwood. The extent of the motorcyclist's injuries are unknown.
Los Angeles Police Det. Gus Villanueva said a pick-up truck collided with a motorcycle in the 12400 block of Sunset Boulevard near Carmelina Avenue at approximately 3:01 p.m. and an ambulance was requested for the injured motorcyclist.
No further information was provided to Patch about the operator of the pick-up truck, who reportedly fled the scene. Villanueva said the Los Angeles Fire Department advised the incident as a hit and run.
