Pet of the Week: Hobbs
Hobbs is a lovable kitten who prefers to drink water straight from the tap!
Hobbs, a young kitten, has many talents. He purrs constantly, loves to snuggle, manages to perch near your neck during your favorite primetime programming and … drum roll please … he prefers to drink water from a faucet.

Hobbs, named from the comic duo Calvin and Hobbes, was dumped in a cardboard box by the entrance of the one hot afternoon.

The staff says Hobbs is about 3 months old and is seriously affectionate. He loves human contact so much, he has been known to sleep on top of his foster parents!
The Sammy Foundation staff also says Hobbs is great with other cats and is litter box trained! What more could you ask for?
