News of the Week: Wilshire Bus Lanes Report and Kenter Canyon Concert
Although the LAPD hoax flap really caught our attention, the TJ's excavation, the Kenter Canyon kids concert and Rosendahl's response to the MTA BRT EIR were all notable events.
It was a newsy week in Brentwood:
Councilman Bill Rosendahl reaffirmed his anti-Wilshire bus lanes stance; the student Honor Orchestra and Frank Stallone played two concerts for Kenter Canyon Elementary Charter School kids; the Getty premiered an exhibit celebrating the rich and gentry of 18th century Paris; demolition and excavation work began on the closed down TJ's site; and the LAPD was the victim of an Internet hoax.
