With the holiday season in full swing, it’s easy to forget about those less fortunate during this period, but by making a tax-deductible donation to a local Culver City cause, you can help brighten the holidays for eligible, low-income Culver City Families.
Charitable, tax-deductible contributions to the Culver City Senior Citizens Association Annual Holiday Food Certificate Program are in great demand, particularly this year because so many families are affected by the continued high rate of unemployment and other financial difficulties in today’s poor economy.
The Culver City Senior Citizens Association, a 501(c) (3) organization, and the Senior and Social Services Division of the Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department sponsor the Holiday Food Certificate Program. The program relies solely on community donations for funding, and helps low-income Culver City families and individuals by providing them with supermarket food certificates.
Make your donation check payable to the Culver City Senior Citizens Association before Dec. 7 and send it to:

The program is administered by Darren Uhl, Disability & Social Services Specialist. He can be reached at (310) 253-6729 or Darren.Uhl@CulverCity.org.
