Brentwood Teen Signs National Anthem at Pali Baseball Opening Day

Aspiring vocalist and music charity volunteer Bella Porter performs a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem for the Pacific Palisades Baseball Association Opening Day.

Hundreds came to the Palisades Field of Dreams for opening day of the Pacific Palisades Baseball Association on Saturday, March 9. Brentwood teen Bella Porter sang wonderful rendition of the national anthem, provided in this attached YouTube video.

Porter, a student at Crossroads School in Santa Monica, is a mentor for upcoming young vocalists, working with Dana Greene at Palisades Vocal Studio. In addition, Porter was just in the semifinals for the Los Angeles Music Center's Spotlight Awards and also, at age 14, co-wrote with Dana Greene a song for sports entrepreneur Steve Bellamy's "Ski" winter documentary.

Porter is also involved in a volunteer music project called Teens United Live and its Harmony Project, a non-profit charity aimed to financially help less fortunate musicians in L.A. For information on Teens United Live, visit its website.
