'20/20' Profiles Mulholland Highway as America's Most Deadly

The 21-mile scenic road follows the eastern ridge of the Santa Monica Mountains and the Hollywood Hills.

One of Los Angeles' most well-known and scenic drives is also known as one of the nation's most deadly, according to an ABC 20/20 report on the country's most notorious roads.

"The Snake" along the 21-mile Mulholland Highway leads off the show's segment, highlighting experienced motorcyclists getting into bad accidents. This particular section of Mulholland Highway lies in the Cornell community near the Rock Store.
