A fire burns 100 square feet of light brush in Mandeville Canyon Wednesday evening.

Los Angeles firefighters from three engine companies responded to a brush fire in Mandeville Canyon at approximately 4:49 p.m. on Wednesday.

Because there was no wind, only about 100 square feet of light brush burned without injury or damage to nearby homes, according to LAFD officials.
